Every published storefront shows the same things in the same order: services and how they are priced, where the cleaner works, when they are available, and which documents our team has reviewed.

  • Reviews from real bookings only. A review can be left once, by the customer of a completed booking.
  • Each document named. Insurance, ID and DBS shown separately, never as one fuzzy tick.
  • Message before you commit. Ask questions and agree the scope first.

Is Easy Cleaners free for customers?

Yes. Searching, requesting quotes, messaging and booking are free, and we never add a booking fee. Cleaners pay a flat monthly subscription for their storefront, which is how the service is funded.

What does “Reviewed” mean on a storefront?

It means a member of our team has looked at that specific document, for example a public liability insurance certificate or photo ID, and it matched the account. We show each document separately rather than one vague “verified” badge, and we never show the documents themselves.

Who sees my address?

Only the cleaner whose quote you accept. While cleaners are quoting they see your area and rough distance, not your street. For short-let hosts, key-safe and alarm details are revealed at acceptance and hidden again 24 hours after the clean.

How do I pay?

Directly to your cleaner, by whatever method you both agree. Easy Cleaners never holds job money and nobody from Easy Cleaners will ever ask you to pay us for a clean.

Are the cleaners employed by Easy Cleaners?

No. Every cleaner is an independent business. We introduce you, handle the admin, and review evidence they choose to submit. The cleaning agreement is between you and them, which is also why they keep 100% of what you pay.
