    Keep everything you earn

    Customers pay you directly. EasyCleaners does not charge commission or a fee for each lead. Individual listing subscriptions and company account terms are separate.

    Name, services, area

    Choose your trades or add a specialist service. Quote for each job or set your own hourly, fixed or from price.

    Photo of your insurance and ID

    Snap them on your phone. They can still be in review when you go live.

  4. 04

    Review and publish

    The server checks your setup and evidence validity. Pending document review is shown separately from verified. Individual listing billing requires a first booking and at least 30 full days after confirmed notice delivery.

Will Easy Cleaners take a cut of my jobs?

No. Customers pay you directly and we never touch job money. Individual cleaner subscriptions and company early-access terms are separate; check the terms for your account before paid activation.

What does an individual cleaner account cost?

Standard is £5.99 a month. Eligible founding cleaners pay £2.49 a month for the first 3 paid months, then £4.99 while subscribed. Listing is free until your first booking, followed by at least 30 full days after confirmed billing-notice delivery. Company subscriptions are £5.99/month when activated.

What if I want to stop?

Manage your listing subscription in your account. A paid subscription can be set to end at the end of its current paid period; outstanding invoices are not cancelled. Ending a free listing removes it immediately. Cancelling your listing is separate from cancelling a cleaning visit.

I already have a profile waiting for me. What do I do?

If we emailed you a claim link, open it and tap Claim. Your business name, area and services are already filled in, so you only confirm prices, add your documents and go live.

Can I choose which requests to take?

Yes. A request is an enquiry, not a booking. You decide whether to quote and what to charge, every time.

Do I need every document on day one?

No. Start a private draft and add evidence when you have it. Each document is shown on your storefront as its own status, so customers see exactly what has been reviewed.

I run a small team. Does this work for companies?

Choose a company account at signup for the company workspace. Company subscriptions are £5.99/month when activated, with no payment at signup. Individual founding discounts do not apply to company accounts.

Can I offer vehicle, window or outdoor cleaning?

Yes. Choose the services you actually offer or add your own service name. Explain whether you travel to customers or work at a workshop, what is included, and equipment or access requirements. Document review does not certify competence or insurance for every trade.
